Gouges are used for anything from rough work to shaping and finishing, and are therefore the most versatile sculptor's tools. If necessary, each of these gouges can also be used the other way round to work on convex surfaces.

The blades are uniformly hardened to 59-61 HRC along their entire length, the break-proof oiled ash handles are mounted with inner ferrules. Only indigenous woods and solvent-free oils are used.
