General Terms and Conditions of Sale, effective from 10/06/2024.

Art. 1 – Scope of Application
1.1 These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all transactions carried out through the Website.
1.2 Entering a tax code during a purchase implies that you are acting as a Consumer, pursuant to Art. 3, Paragraph I, Letter a) of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 6 September 2005, No. 206). A Consumer is considered a natural person who acts for purposes unrelated to business, commercial, craft, or professional activities. If a VAT number (personal or of a legal entity) is entered, the purchase is considered made by a Professional, pursuant to Art. 3, Paragraph I, Letter c) of the Consumer Code. The differences between purchases made by a Consumer and a Professional will be outlined in the following document.
1.3 The terms indicated are understood as working days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays. Images and descriptions on the Website are for illustrative purposes. Colors may differ from reality due to the display settings of the devices used for viewing.
1.4 The General Terms and Conditions of Sale may be modified at any time. The changes will come into effect upon publication on the Website. It is recommended to regularly check the Website and review the most updated version of the Terms before making a purchase.
1.5 The applicable Terms are those in effect on the date of order submission.
1.6 These Terms do not apply to products or services offered by third parties through links, banners, or other hyperlinks on the Website. Before making transactions with such parties, it is necessary to verify their terms of sale. The Seller is not responsible for the provision of services or the sale of products by third parties.
1.7 It is mandatory to carefully read these General Terms and Conditions of Sale and all information provided by the Seller during the purchasing process.
1.8 The Seller is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, loss of profits or other damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Website. The Seller does not guarantee that the Website is free from viruses or that the information contained is always accurate, complete, and up to date.
1.9 Unless specifically agreed, orders cannot be placed via email or telephone.
1.10 All elements of the Website are owned by the Seller or third parties. Reproduction, distribution, publication, modification, or sale of Website content without the Seller’s written consent is prohibited.
Art. 2 – Purchases on the Website
2.1 To purchase on the Website, you must follow the indicated procedure and enter the required data. The contract is considered concluded when the Seller’s server receives the order.
2.2 In case of misuse or unauthorized disclosure of personal information, the Seller must be informed immediately.
2.3 The user guarantees that the data provided is truthful and complete and agrees to indemnify the Seller for any damages resulting from the violation of this obligation.
2.4 The Seller reserves the right to refuse orders from users who have previously violated these Terms or legal provisions.
2.5 Submitting the order constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
2.6 The Seller is the sole counterparty of the user in the purchase of products through the Website.
2.7 The Seller may operate under its trade name. The use of "We" refers to the Seller.
2.8 The Seller does not guarantee the continuous operation of the Website and is not responsible for any service interruptions.
2.9 After the purchase, the user will receive a confirmation email with order details.
2.10 The colors of the products may differ from those displayed on the Website. If in doubt, it is recommended to contact the Seller.
Art. 3 – Product Availability
3.1 Products are available in limited quantities. A product may become unavailable after an order is placed.
3.2 Product availability is constantly monitored but may vary due to simultaneous purchases.
3.3 In case of unavailability, the user will be informed and may terminate the contract. The Seller reserves the right to offer an alternative product or postpone delivery.
3.4 Refunds for unavailable products will be processed within 10 days.
3.5 If the contract is terminated, the Seller will refund the total amount paid.
Art. 4 – Prices
4.1 Prices include VAT.
4.2 Prices do not include the WEEE contribution, as the products are not subject to this regulation.
4.3 The Seller reserves the right to modify prices at any time, but the user will pay the price indicated at the time of order placement.
4.4 Shipping costs are borne by the user for orders below a specified amount. For higher orders, shipping is free.
4.5 Shipping will take place only after payment confirmation. Ownership of products transfers upon delivery to the carrier.
4.6 The contract is conditional upon full payment. If payment is not made, the order will be canceled.
4.7 If there is a pricing error, the Seller will notify the correct price. The user may accept the new price or cancel the order.
Art. 5 – Payment Methods
5.1 Available payment methods are described in the "Payments" section of the Website.
5.2 Payment by credit card is possible. Card data is encrypted and managed directly by the payment processor.
5.3 Payment via bank transfer is allowed. If payment is not received within 3 days, the order will be canceled.
5.4 Cash on delivery is not possible unless specifically agreed.
5.5 Discount codes, coupons, or vouchers may be used. Discount codes are not redeemable for cash.
5.6 PayPal payments are accepted. Payment data is managed directly by PayPal.
5.7 Prices are not personalized based on user behavior.
5.8 In case of price reduction, the Website displays the lowest price applied in the last 30 days.
5.9 Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for purchase.
Art. 6 – Delivery of Products
6.1 Delivery is available in all countries unless otherwise stated on the Website.
6.2 Delivery is considered complete when the product is transferred to the user or a designated third party.
6.3 The estimated delivery time is 8 days, but it may extend up to 30 days.
6.4 It is recommended to check the package’s integrity upon delivery. In case of damage, the Seller must be informed immediately.
6.5 Products cannot be collected from a pickup point different from the one indicated during purchase.
6.6 Failure to collect the product results in contract termination and compensation for damages suffered by the Seller.
Art. 7 – Right of Withdrawal
7.1 The right of withdrawal is reserved for Consumers and allows them to cancel a purchase without providing reasons.
7.2 The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed products opened after delivery.
7.3 The withdrawal period is 14 days from delivery.
7.4 To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Seller must be informed within the set period.
7.5 Return costs are borne by the Consumer.
7.6 Refunds will be issued within 14 days of withdrawal notification.
7.7 The product must be returned intact and with all accessories.
